FIELD: processes for running-in kinematics friction pairs at passing electric current through rubbing pair. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of loading friction pair by preset load; setting relative motion and applying technological voltage pulses; feeding mineral oil to which powder of soft metals or alloys is added between parts; keeping voltage values in range 20 -30V at electric current intensity 1- 2 A and pulse repetition frequency 450 - 500 Hz. Wormed metal powder is plasticized and fills micro-irregularities of part surface. By adding to mineral oil powders of soft metals surface layers of friction pair obtain positive gradient of mechanical properties providing their improved wear resistance. ^ EFFECT: shortened time period of running-in kinematics friction pairs having increased wear resistance. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex
