PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of a semi-plastic body capable of cutting a semi-plastic body, for example, non-aged aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) or the like without producing fluffing, a wire material mark or the like on the cut surface thereof and capable of easily obtaining a plurality of panels or the like each of which has a flat cut surface at the same time. SOLUTION: In this cutting device of the semi-plastic body constituted so as to cut the non-aged semi-plastic body such as ALC or the like into a desired size shape by a cutting wire material W such as a wire or the like, a plurality of sieves 7 and 8 are arranged in opposed relation to the upper and lower horizontal materials 1c and 1d of an almost square frame body 1 so as to mutually form a pair and the endless cutting wire materials W are respectively wound around a pair of the sieves and the semi-plastic body B is introduced into the frame body 1 relatively at a predetermined speed while turning the cutting wire materials unidirectionally and cut.
