<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite filter cleaning a harmful substance discharged from a diesel engine and an incineration furnace of a factory, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide and a harmful substance contained in an exhaust gas by an exhaust gas cleaner combined with a composite filter and growing/converting carbon dioxide to calcium carbonate powder, and a recycle utilization method as a resource material. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism for a composite exhaust gas cleaner is constituted by a body water tank 1a; an aqueous solution reverse flow prevention valve 2; an exhaust pipe 3a; a heat exchanger 4; an aqueous solution injection nozzle 4c; underwater pipes 5a, 5b, 5c; an aqueous solution pump 6; underwater rotation discharge electrode shafts 7a, 7b, 7c; a hydraulic motor 8; pulleys 9a, 9b; an exhaust gas injection nozzle 10, an exhaust gas underwater vibration plate 11a; an electric discharge screen; a filter 13a for growing/converting calcium carbonate from carbon dioxide; and an aqueous solution/exhaust gas separation device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
