PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that both hands cannot act freely during a telephone call with a cellular phone, a person who is weak in button operation of the cellular phone with a thumb performs operation of the cellular phone by using both hands wherein e.g. a single hand holds a main part 1 of the cellular phone and the other hand operates buttons, and further small characters are hard to see for elderly people or the like since operation is performed by holding with a hand, or a small display is shaked. SOLUTION: A shoulder pad plate 2 is given to a back of the main part 1 of the cellular phone through a hinge 3 at a side surface of the main part 1 of the cellular phone, and the shoulder pad plate 2 is made enable to open and close with the hinge 3. When the cellular phone is used, the shoulder pad plate 2 is opened and pressed against a shoulder. The main part 1 of the cellular phone is applied to an ear and inserted into a part between the ear and the shoulder, and the shoulder is pushed. As a result, a structure is realized wherein the main part 1 of the cellular phone is fixed firmly and stabilized without support by the hands, so that both of the hands can do other work even in the time of telephone call. Further, by opening the shoulder pad plate 2 and using it as a stand of the main part 1 of the cellular phone like fig.4 (not shown), a main part 1 of the cellular phone is stabilized, so that a display becomes legible and operation buttons become legible and easy to push for a person who is weak in button operation with a thumb and for people who can not see the operation button, etc. clearly.
