PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small amount of blood collecting apparatus used for a system with which everybody can perform a universal (ubiquitous) blood test at any time and any place. SOLUTION: The very small amount of blood collecting apparatus comprises a basal plate, a fluid circuit which is formed in a resin layer on the basal plate, a resin coat which coats the fluid circuit, and a hollow needle, wherein the above needle is inserted between the resin layer and the resin coat and disposed to have one end to project from an edge of the basal plate and the other end to make a coherent part of the resin coat and resin layer exist between the same and the fluid circuit, and the resin coat is torn off by the needle when the needle is intruded toward the center of the basal plate so that the fluid circuit and the hollow part of the needle communicate each other.
