PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet structure capable of achieving a satisfactory appearance even when viewed from behind and mounting various types of panel materials to its rear surface. SOLUTION: In the cabinet structure constituted by constituting a cabinet frame body 2 in a square shape in a front view of a top plate 6, a bottom plate 7, and right and left side plates 8 and 8 and mounting a back plate 3 for blocking an opening part in the rear surface of the cabinet frame body 2, the back plate 3 is constituted of a square frame 9 assembled in a square shape in a frontal view and a panel material 10 of which an edge part is held by the square frame 9.
