PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box shaped container which does not require a bolt, a nut, etc., and is assembled quickly and easily. SOLUTION: A pair of first side panels of a box shaped container is structured to be mounted on a bottom panel by the first engaging mechanism provided on the side part of the bottom panel and the bottom of the first side panel. A pair of second side panels is structured to be fixed to the first side panel by the second engaging mechanism provided on the second side panel side end part and on the first side panel after the bottom of the second panel is positioned on the second side of the bottom panel. Two first side panels are connectively fixed to the bottom panel by the first engaging mechanism, and each second side panel is connectively fixed by the second engaging mechanism relative to the pair of first side panels facing to each other in the condition for the four side panels to be mutually connected and to be connectively fixed to the four flat face sides of the bottom panel.
