PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual blade saw toothed without set of teeth in which both blades have stabilized thickness and their cutting effect or cutting force is enhanced by mechanizing the surface grinding of a saw body such that the front side near the neck part of the saw body has an original thickness but the body is gradually thinned toward its distal part to become a thin blade in its distal end. SOLUTION: The thickness-thinning surface grinding work 7 of the body 2 of the dual blade saw 1 is mechanically performed so that the front side 3 near the neck part has the original thickness and the body is gradually thinned toward its distal part to become the thin blade in the periphery 5 of its distal end. Then, the cross-cutting blades 8 are set on one side of the longitudinal direction of the body, and the longitudinally cutting blades 9 on the other side while stabilizing the thickness of both blades, and finally they are toothed 10 without set of teeth.
