PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a skinned woody molded product constituted so as to fix a skin material comprising polyvinyl chloride to a base material containing woody fibers with high strength using a thermoplastic resin as a binder. SOLUTION: An adhesive material having adhesiveness with respect to both of polyvinyl chloride and woody fibers is arranged between the base material, which comprises woody fibers and a binder resin containing polyolefin and/or polyester for bonding the woody fibers, and a skin material formed of a sheet wherein at least the part fixed to the base material comprises polyvinyl chloride not only to apply a high frequency causing the molecular friction of polyvinyl chloride to the region where the base material and the skin material are fixed but also to press that region to fix the skin material to the base material. The binder resin of the base material is melted by heat generated in PVC by a high frequency to expose the woody fibers to interpose the adhesive material between the woody fibers and PVC. The perfectly exposed woody fibers are surrounded by PVC to bond the partially exposed woody fibers and PVC by the adhesive material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
