PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a switching element of a totem-pole circuit from being concurrently turned on. SOLUTION: A timing, when an on-state is brought about in response to a driving signal, is delayed by raising a base potential threshold at which a first transistor TrA is turned on. A timing, when an off-state is brought about in response to a driving signal inverted by an inverter INV, is made earlier by raising a base potential threshold at which a second transistor TrB is turned off. When the driving signal is switched to a high level, the first transistor TrA is turned on later than the second transistor TrB, wherein the driving signal is inverted via the inverter and added to a base, is turned off. In a similar way, the second transistor TrB is turned off earlier than the first transistor TrA is turned on. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
