PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for making soil in a paddy field uniform so as to uniformly harvest crops such as rice in any part of the field by uniformizing, in preparing conditions of the paddy field, not the depth from the surface but the depth of the plowed soil by making the plowing bottom holizontal. SOLUTION: The implement is composed to be able to lift/lower a leveling plate of a leveling implement based on the reference plane of a crushing harrow, and composed to transfer clods, liable to be produced in front of the leveling plate, frontward in the work advancing direction by the crushing harrow, so that the thickness of the plowed soil is made uniform by performing the work with the plow sole of a bottom implement surely keeping horizontal state based on the reference plane, and so as to level the surface of the field leveled its plowing bottom by lifting/lowering the bottom to work, when plowing the field.
