摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite communication method and system for dynamically dealing with an influence of a rainfall or the like when qualities of lines from a geostationary satellite to user stations in a plurality of different areas on the ground are affected therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The satellite communication system is composed of a geostationary satellite 11, a plurality of user stations 12a-12n installed in different areas on the ground, a feeder link station 13 and a satellite tracking control station 14, the user stations 12a-12n, the feeder link station 13 and the satellite tracking control station 14 are linked by an optical fiber network 15 on the ground, and a transmission resource of the geostationary satellite 11 dependent upon BER or the like of communications in the users 12a-12n is optimally distributed from each of the user stations 12 via the satellite tracking control station 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
