<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge equipped with configuration capable of preventing adverse effect on an image forming apparatus and an image in advance by configuring it so that control data can be properly registered and stored, recycling work can be facilitated and that using a component other than a normal one can be recognized. <P>SOLUTION: In the process cartridge P inside which a charging device, a developing device and a cleaning device including a latent image carrier used to form the image are housed by any one or by several collectively, and which is used as an exchange object member, a hybrid coexistent card where a contact IC chip 101 and a non-contact IC chip 102 are made to coexist is provided in the main body of the process cartridge P, and control information related to the working circumstances of the device used to form the image is written in the contact IC chip 101, and control information related to the distribution process of the process cartridge is written in the non-contact IC 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
