PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support the business operation of a user by increasing kinds of items of business operation confirmable by the user.

SOLUTION: One embodiment of this application is a program 2b for realizing: a function 14 for reading business operation data 71-7n created by associating at least either of business item data showing business items predefined in a computer 1 and freely inputted free text data, time data and business operation identification data with one another; a function 15 for providing the free text data to a means 3 for extracting a predetermined item preregistered in dictionary data based on the text data when the free text data are included in the business operation data 71-7n; a function 16 for receiving the extracted item extracted from the free text data by the means 3; and a function 17 for creating business operation transition data 261 expressing the business items and the extracted items in chronological order by using the business operation data having the same business operation identification data.
