<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily get access to image elements such as a memo displayed on a display part. <P>SOLUTION: Memos 84 to 90 attached to the same place of an electronic document 80 are managed in a batch as a memo group 82. When a user places a pointer 93 on the memo group 82 by a mouse operation (a), the memo group 82 is redisplayed so as to be shaped like a fan (b). Then, the display area can be increased, and the respective memo contents can be displayed.
