PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a computer program for determining (binning) an operating voltage in an integrated circuit.

SOLUTION: Specifications of the operating voltages in individual integrated circuits 2, 20, 32, 44 and 48 are performed by operating the integrated circuits 2, 20, 32, 44 and 48 at a plurality of required clock frequencies and determining the minimum supply voltage VDDminfor generating the result of a success to a series of impressed test vectors in each of the frequencies.
