PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a semiconductor device in which the circuit scale and cost of the entire monitor circuit can be reduced by arranging the connection terminals, including pins of the semiconductor device, appropriately. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device incorporating a plurality of parallel monitor circuits for controlling charging current bypass transistors Tr1, 2 connected, respectively, with a plurality of capacitors C1-C15 connected in series when the voltage of each capacitor C1-C15 exceeds a preset reference voltage Vr1-Vr15 by applying the voltage of a DC power supply Vdd in order to charge the capacitors C1-C15 uniformly, the capacitors C1-C15 and terminals being connected with the bypass transistors Tr1-15 are collected to one side of the semiconductor device (first embodiment). When a large number of control terminals CON1-16 exist on the left side, a part thereof may be shifted to the right side or to the vertical side (second and third embodiment).
