LABEL AMIDATING METHOD OF LIVING BODY MOLECULE AND METHOD FOR ANALYZING LIVING BODY MOLECULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a living body molecule rapidly and simply using a method for enhancing the analytical sensitivity of the living body molecule in mass analysis, and to provide a method for enhancing analyzing sensitivity in mass analysis.

SOLUTION: In a label amidating method, an amidation reagent labelled with a nitrogen atom isotope15N is allowed to act on the carboxyl group possessed by the living body molecule to obtain the labelled amidated body of the living body molecule. The carboxyl group possessed by the living body molecule is amidated and the obtained labelled amidated body of the living body molecule is analyzed by a mass analyzing method. The labelled amidated body of the living body molecule wherein the carboxyl group is subjected to15N labelling amidation is also disclosed.
