PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service providing system for providing various network services while simplifying procedures and an information display device, an information distributing device and a program for an observation target device to be used for the network service providing system. SOLUTION: In this computer system, a network service providing system 1 is provided with an information display device 2, an observation target device 3, an information distributing device 4 and a computer network 5. When the information display device 2 is brought into contact with the observation target device 3, a network service provided to the observation target device 3 is distributed to the information display device 2 by the information distributing device 4.
