PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a reinforced column and a steel frame beam, which ensures the mechanical strength and dimensional accuracy, and contributes to shortening of a construction period and reduction of construction costs, and to provide a method of manufacturing anchoring fittings for use in the connection structure. SOLUTION: According to the connection structure between the reinforced column and the steel frame beam, the anchoring fittings are embedded in the reinforced column at beam connection locations, and allow an end of the steel frame beam to be connected thereto. Each anchoring fitting is integrally molded of a rod portion and female screw portions, and made of the same material. The rod portion is formed like a deformed bar or a threaded bar, and the female screw portions are formed at both ends of the rod portion in a manner radially expanded from the same.
