<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an effective thrombolytic agent having a high safety, capable of lasting its effect sufficiently in a living body even though it is a natural product-derived component, also capable of completely solving various problems of chemotherapeutic agents and without having a fear of an adverse reaction even by taking continuously. <P>SOLUTION: The components derived from Tremella fuciformis Berkeley and Sargassum fulvellum (Turner) C. Agardh have a potent prourokinase activation-accelerating effect.
