LAMINATED RUBBER BEARING DEVICE INCLUDING LEAD CORE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress biting of a lead core material into an elastic rubber layer to the minimum extent while keeping initial vibration energy absorption and damping performance sufficiently and satisfactorily without affecting vertical bending amount adversely. SOLUTION: In this laminated rubber bearing device 20 constituted by laminating a plurality of elastic rubber layers 1 and thin-walled rigid plates 2 alternately and inserting the lead core material 8 like a circular column into a through hole 7 in a central part of a laminated rubber main body 3 in which thick-walled rigid plates 4 are bonded and arranged at both ends in the direction of lamination, intermediate plates 11, 11 surrounding an outer peripheral part of the lead core material 8 and restraining behavior of the lead core material 8 when the laminated rubber main body 3 is deformed by shearing are buried and arranged in the elastic rubber layers 1, 1 positioned at both ends in the direction of lamination.
