SHIFT CONTROL DEVICE FOR WORKING VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety by reducing shift operation in both conditions of working and travelling on a road and avoiding shift shock during change-over. SOLUTION: This shift control device for a working vehicle such as a tractor having a plurality of transmission devices for multistage shift operation comprises a main transmission device for automatic shift operation with an actuator and a sub transmission device for mechanical shift operation with a shift lever. At the position of a sub shift H of the shift lever, a working position P1 and an on-road travel position P2 are set which are different in the combination of a main shift. The main shift position remains unchanged on operation of the shift lever during travelling but it is changed over to a preset shift position (the lowest speed position or a position where a working time is the longest in the past) on operation during stop.
