PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle from starting to move regardless of intention of a driver after an own vehicle contacts an obstacle. SOLUTION: After the contact of the own vehicle with the obstacle (the determination of step S2 is "Yes"), whether the driver will generate brake force by himself/herself (steps S6, S7), and whether the driver will immediately move the own vehicle by steering it (step S9), are respectively determined, and generation of the brake force with a brake actuator 9 is precisely controlled.
