The electronic device displays customer queries on its LCD display (1) and features customer response keys (2), which the customer presses in order to answer the queries. The queries are stored in a memory chip (3) and the customer response is stored with the corresponding query. The memory chip (3) is easy to retrieve from the device through a slot in the casing (4) and can then be read out into a PC, where it can also be reprogrammed with new customer queries.
