<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for fuel cell separator, a fuel cell separator, and its manufacturing method, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell capable of ensuring stable dimensions, a gas-tightness, a reduction in resistance figures, or a mechanical strength, and capable of achieving the enhancement of reliability, battery performance or greater cost reduction during mass-production. <P>SOLUTION: A mold for fuel cell separator for molding a fuel cell separator includes first flow path molding portions 22, 23 for molding an oxidizing agent gas flow path 13 for supplying oxidizing agent gas to either of a pair of electrodes, arranged on both surfaces of electrolyte, or a fuel gas flow path 11 for supplying fuel gas to the other of the pair of electrodes, or a cooling water flow path 4 for cooling, and a gate for injecting injection molding material 21 provided at least in one location of the first flow path molding portions 22, 23 or their proximity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
