MEDICINAL COMPOSITION, GERMICIDAL AGENT AND ORAL COMPOSITION, EACH CONTAINING EGG SHELL MEMBRANE AND AMINO COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly safe medicinal composition specifically acting on an obligatory anaerobe which is a main causative of oral diseases such as periodontal disease; and to obtain a germicidal agent and an oral composition.

SOLUTION: An egg shell membrane and an amino compound which can be a substrate of a lysyl oxidase contained in the egg shell membrane are contained in the medicinal composition, the germicidal agent and the oral composition as active ingredients. One or more kinds of basic amino acids, one or more kinds of peptides containing the basic amino acid residues, or a mixture of the one or more kinds of the basic amino acid with the one or more kinds of the peptides containing the basic amino acid residues are used as the amino compound.
