PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein oily smoke rising from a cooked object circulates, reattaches to the cooked object, and impairs flavor, and the rising oily smoke adheres to a cooking chamber interior, a wall surface of a casing, or the like, and leaves smudges and odor. SOLUTION: The heating cooking device is provided with the casing 21 housing the cooking chamber 24 housing a mounting apparatus for mounting an object 22 to be cooked, an air blowing means 25 for circulating air to the object 22, a heating means 26 for heating the object 22, and a high voltage circuit 27. It is composed such that an electrode of one polarity of the high voltage circuit 27 is grounded on the casing 21, an electrode of another polarity is grounded on a collective adhesion plate 32 for adhering the oily smoke, and the collective adhesion plate 32 is arranged in the casing 21 without electrically contacting the casing 21 at an interval allowing corona discharge between it and the casing 21.
