PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material exhibiting a hardly slipping surface of a coated layer formed by the coating material and also excellent in abrasion resistance and weather resistance. SOLUTION: This coating material for forming the coated layer on a formed body consisting of a resin is provided by having≥1.0 static frictional coefficient on the surface of the coated layer. The coating material is formed by a composition containing a polyester polyol having≥60 mgKOH/g hydroxyl value and a polyisocyanate having≥5 wt.% isocyanate group content so as to become 0.8-2.5 ratio of the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to the hydroxy group of the polyester polyol.
