PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxygen-absorbing resin composition solving such problems as odor emission and component leaching involved in conventional ones, further improved in oxygen-absorbing capability with oxygen-coordinated type in particular, and to provide laminates and packages each using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The oxygen-absorbing resin composition is obtained by compounding 50-99 wt.% of one or more ethylene-based copolymers selected from an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer and ionic crosslinked products thereof with 1-50 wt.% of a transition metal-containing transition metal complex.
