摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing cacao beans comprising a raw material production method by which cacao beans become usable for making chocolate or cocoa and also in broad field of food other than the chocolate and the cocoa; to provide food where palate feeling of the cacao bean is improved and physiology and nutrients are utilized; and to provide a method for easily eliminating cacao husks from the cacao beans.
