The invention relates to a novel peptide of 86 aminoacids located in a protein NS3 of VHC starting from an aminoacid 1096 to an aminoacid 1181 on the VHC polyprotein and having one of the aminoacid sequences SEQ ID N DEG 1 to SEQ ID N DEG 104 and also 6 novel epitopes included into said restricted peptide HLA-B7. Said invention also relates to compositions containing said peptide, if necessary with 4 other peptides A to D located in the protein NS3 (A and B), NS4 (c) and NS5b (D) respectively. The inventive compositions are useful, in particular for producing active pharmaceutical compositions against a hepatitis C virus.
