PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for supporting information management for efficiently conducting the management of arbitrary information, an information managing method, its program and a recording medium.

SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: a management master extracting part 10 which extracts master information from a management target file; a storage device 115 which stores a file management database in which the management master information is registered for each management target file; a storage event outputting part 12 which outputs the storage event of the management target file to the storage device 115; an erase target extracting part 13 which extracts the information of the management target file corresponding to the erase request of the management target file from the file management database 110; a file erasing part 14 which executes the erase of the management target file in the storage device 115 on the basis of the information of the management target file; a management master information updating part 15 which updates the information of the validity of the management master information in the file management database 110 of the management target file to the purport of invalidity; and an erase information outputting part 16 which outputs the purport of the erase of the management target file.
