PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate energy saving on time even without extracting actual operation data and capturing them into an evaluating personal computer, and evaluate energy saving in a visually intuitively understandable form. SOLUTION: A system has a corrected baseline computation part 56 for computing corrected baselines from data on baselines of energy and correction values corrected according to correction factors, such as meteorological conditions, and operation rates of pieces of equipment, a yearly primary energy consumption comparison pie chart computation part 57 for computing a yearly primary energy consumption, measured/predicted monthly primary energy consumption, energy saving performance, economy and environmental friendliness from data from the corrected baseline computation part 56 and operation results of general power, air conditioning power, cooling energy and heating energy from an actual operation computation part 44, and displaying the calculation results on a display part 45, a measured/predicted monthly primary energy consumption bar chart computation part 58, and a 3E evaluation radar chart computation part 59.
