<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio tag circuit element holder and a radio tag information communication apparatus which perform communication of radio tag information only with a radio tag circuit element being write destination with a simple structure and convenient technique even when high frequency such as a UHF band is used. <P>SOLUTION: A signal for inquiring an ID (identification information) is transmitted to the radio tag circuit element 24a (S1). To this inquiry, radio waves of responses are received from a plurality of radio tag circuit elements 24a (S2). Next, the IDs included in the received radio waves of responses from the plurality of radio tag circuit elements 24a are extracted (S3), the IDs are sequentially compared (S4) and an ID of the earliest order is specified (S5). For example, when the IDs are imparted as numbers in an ascending order as mentioned above, the smallest number is specified.
