PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a train safely travel by securely enabling the train to receive train control signals for a large amount of information transmitted from a ground device in a place where transmission of the signals between the ground and the train is difficult, such as a track circuit including a branch part. SOLUTION: In ATC signals transmitted to the track circuit 1T provided on the advance side of the train 1 on the track circuit 2T having the branch part 3, train control information of the track circuit 2T is included as advance information. In a case where the ATC signals transmitted to the track circuit 2T cannot be normally received by an on-vehicle device 10 on the train 1 advancing into the track circuit 2T, speed of the train 1 is controlled using the advance information included in the ATC signals received on the track circuit 1T.
