PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panel structure with which a frame is not required to be worked for attaching a panel material to the frame and a wide variety of panel materials are attached to the same frame. SOLUTION: To the outer peripheral part of a rectangular panel material 6, a holding part of an inward U-shaped cross section formed on the inner peripheral surface of a panel support frame 5 which can be assembled into a rectangular shape is fitted. Also, the periphery of the panel support frame 5 is held by fitting the inner peripheral surface of the frame 4 which can be assembled into the rectangular shape to a recessed part formed on the outer peripheral surface of the panel support frame.
