<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of an operator for setting both a parameter indicating the ON/OFF state of a switch and a parameter showing a continuous value by one operator. <P>SOLUTION: When 324 deg is exceeded during the rotation of the operator, a 1st parameter is inverted from ON to OFF. Even when the operator is further rotated, a 2nd parameter is maintained so as to be still 0.0 until 312 deg is reached. When the operator is rotated exceeding 312 deg, a 2nd parameter corresponding to the quantity of rotation from 312 deg is set.
