<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device effectively restraining temperature rise in a lamp house, in spite of an explosion-proof glass fitted at an irradiation outlet of the lamp house. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device is provided with: a light source lamp 1, the lamp house 10 having an irradiating outlet 13 at one end and irradiating radiation light from the light source lamp 1 arranged inside from the outlet 13; the explosion-proof glass 14 fitted at the irradiation outlet of the lamp house 10; and an air cooling means blowing air into the lamp house 10. Further, an end part of the light source lamp 1 at the explosion-proof glass 14 side is made connected to an inside face of the explosion-proof glass 14 with a heat transmitting property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
