PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active fluid filling type vibration isolator with a novel structure capable of installing a separately formed actuator relative to a vibration isolator body with sufficient workability and stably and efficiently applying excitation driving force by the actuator to an excitation plate from an armature. SOLUTION: A coil 86 of the actuator 84 is mounted and supported to a second mounting member 14 so as to permit slide displacement in an axis perpendicular direction while substantially suppressing axial displacement.
