BEARING WITH IC TAG AND SEAL FOR THE SAME

A bearing with an IC tag, where an IC tag can be simply and reliably installed in the bearing and where the IC tag can be protected from an external environment such as high temperature. An IC tag (9) is installed in a seal (5) for sealing a bearing space between an inner and an outer ring (1, 2). In the seal (5), a rubber or resin elastic body (7) is provided on a core metal (6), and the IC tag (9) is provided in the elastic body (7) in an embedded state. The IC tag (9) can be fixed to the elastic body (7) either by vulcanization bonding or by fitting in a groove in the elastic body (7).
