An electromagnetic vibrating pump, comprising a centrifugal dust collector having an air suction port for sucking atmosphere into a cyclone chamber therein and a discharge port for discharging the atmosphere and a cyclone generating part having a generating part making a cyclone action in the atmosphere sucked from the air suction port into the cyclone chamber cause a cyclone action, whereby the number of times of maintenance operation can be reduced and an operation rate can be increased by increasing a dust collecting function. |
