PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a program method method, a program activation program and a recording medium which can prevent an illicit program from being executed. SOLUTION: In the information processor for executing a program, the first signature data is generated based on information constituting the program before activating the program (S114), and the propriety of the program is judged by comparing the first signature data with the second signature data stored to be made correspond to the program (S117).
