PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an underwear for generation of active ions capable of conquering and preventing various body dysfunction, which causes arterial sclerosis and blood defective and the like, by generating active ions in the body inside, and preventing the specific muscle from hanging and surely preventing each kind of blood vessel and nervus from compressing. SOLUTION: In the method of generating active ions, aluminum members and bronze members are arranged in right places of a body and active ions are generated in the body inside by these cooperation. When the underwear for generating active ions is a bra for women, the aluminum members are arranged at a hook engaging part 2A and a hook engaging subject part 2B of the bra 1 placed at the back of the body, and the bronze members are arranged at the front stopper 3 placed at the left and the right sides of the chest part of the body, a back stopper 4 placed at the left and the right sides of the scapula of the body, and a plait length control part 5 of the bra 1 placed at the upper side of the front stopper 3.
