FUEL CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell, and its manufacturing method, preventing cross leak of reaction gas.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell is structured of: an electrolyte layer 3 equipped with an ion conductive first electrode layer 3A and a second electrolyte layer 3B containing catalyst; a fuel electrode 2 fitted at the side of the first electrolyte layer 3A of the electrolyte layer 3; and an oxidant electrode 1 fitted at the side of the second electrolyte layer 3B.
