PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Gobelin tapestry realizing full color expression by applying uniform color and juxtaposition color mixture in color system, enabling conventionally unable picture-like drawing, making weaving data preparation and the like efficient so as to enable weaving operation even by amateurs and to enable automization by computerization. SOLUTION: The Gobelin tapestry comprises a texture comprising, as one weaving unit, warps and three wefts, wherein the warps are obtained by selecting one color system from color systems, selecting color threads to represent at least six colors having the same hue differences therebetween and warping, as one unit, at least eight threads comprising the color threads, a white thread and a black thread, and the wefts comprise, as one unit, a white yarn, a black yarn and a press yarn. The vertical and horizontal lengths of one unit texture are 0.4-2 mm and, of the warp and the weft of the one unit, the yarns required for representing the predetermined color are woven in the surface texture of the derivative weave of a plain weave and other yarns are woven in the back texture so that the many kinds of colors are represented by the juxtaposition color mixture.
