PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control method and a hydraulic control device capable of decreasing transmission shock in a tip-in state during static transmission. SOLUTION: As jump quantity at the time of actual transmission start during static transmission is determined with a function of turbine torque by an oil temperature to minimize hydraulic pressure decreasing quantity of a connection side abrasion element at the time of tip-in during static transmission control, the hydraulic pressure controlling method consists of a signal detection step for detecting a signal for representing the tip-in state during the static transmission, a static judgment step, a jump judgment step for determining whether a duty jump condition is satisfied or not, a turbine torque calculation step for calculating the turbine torque, a jump quantity determining step for determining duty jump quantity by oil temperature, a duty control step for controlling duty of hydraulic pressure supplied to the connection side abrasion element with the determined jumping quantity.
