PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the stored cold heat and the stored hot heat in a heat accumulation tank in the heat accumulation type heat source equipment. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 25 for short-circuiting and connecting a heat exchanger 2 for radiation for taking out the stored cold heat and the stored hot heat of the heat accumulation tank 1, and a going-side joint part 5 receiving the heat medium supplied from a heat source machine 4, with a returning-side heat medium passage from a load heat exchanger 9, is connected with a heat source machine circulating passage 21 after branched from a radiation circulating passage 20, and a shut-off means 27 for preventing the back-flow of the heat medium toward a branch point from the radiation circulating passage 20 is mounted at an upstream side with respect to a connection point of the bypass passage 25, of the heat source machine circulating passage 21.
