PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an elevator capable of insulating smoke by precisely sealing a clearance of an elevator platform part by the door device itself when a fire breaks out and capable of speedily and efficiently performing recovery after the fire is extinguished without requiring an individual smoke insulating facility such as a screen and a shutter, at low cost and without narrowing a space of an elevator hall. SOLUTION: A door panel 12 of the elevator hall 1 is constituted of a panel main body 13 and a surface panel 14 to make contact with and separate from a surface of this panel main body 13, this surface panel 14 is engaged with the surface of the panel main body 13, the engagement is released in accordance with a signal of a smoke sensor when the fire breaks out, the surface panel 14 is moved in a direction to separate it from the surface of the panel main body 13 and made contact with a three-way frame 3 and a sill 19, a clearance between the three-way frame 3 and the sill 19 and the door panel 12 is sealed by this contact and the smoke is insulated.
