PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rigidity of a seat assembly for a vehicle, to enable the array of diversified kinds of seats, and to enhance the service convenience. SOLUTION: A seat assembly for a vehicle having a folding seat on a side part of a main seat mounted on a floor panel comprises a pair of guide rails 110 slidably provided on an upper end of the floor panel, a main frame 120 fixed to an upper part of the guide rails 110, a first seat 130 in which a first seat cushion 131 is turnably mounted on one side of an upper part of the main frame 120, and a second seat 140 in which a second seat cushion 141 is mounted on the upper part of the main frame 120 in a folding manner parallel to the first seat 130.
